About
Background
Akaash Parimeru is the Founder and Managing Partner of Bondwell Capital. He brings a background spanning corporate development, growth equity investing, and M&A advisory, with a consistent focus on strategic value creation and platform building.
Previously, Akaash served as Director of Growth Strategy at U.S. Dermatology Partners, where he supported the organization through a phase of expansion and strategic positioning for long-term growth. Prior to that, he was a Growth Equity Investor at Braemont Capital, underwriting and executing investments across vertical software and specialty insurance platforms.
Akaash began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard in New York, advising on M&A transactions across telecommunications, media, and information services. He holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
